I have pulled heads on engines that had the coolant passages almost completely plugged. I can almost guarantee that if you do that, you will be needing a new engine. It may be ok to use for 2 years, but GM says it can be used up to 5 years/150,000 miles. It plugs everything up with a brown waxy substance that nothing I know of will remove. I have seen many cooling systems destroyed by it. This is an OAT or HOAT coolant, and is some really nasty stuff.
